| According to Anime!Anime!, CoMix Wave has announced a new OVA "Kono Danshi, Uchujin to Tatakaemasu. (This boy can fight with aliens.)" It will be released at Animate shops on September 20th. She was inspired by Voices of a Distant Star when she was a junior high student and has created many independent short anime, one of which won the grand prize in the 8th Weekly Ascii Short Movie Contest. Cast Kakashi: Kimura Ryohei Arikawa: Toyonaga Toshiyuki Shiro: Hirakawa Daisuke Synopsis: A yaoi-tasted sci-fi anime. The "Sekai (World)" has been under attacks by aliens. One day, Arikawa, one of the staff of the provisional headquarter for the invading aliens, finds a high school boy Kakashi, who is lying on a hill with his memory lost. Kakashi is found to have a power to beat the aliens and starts living together with Arikawa and his boss Shiro. | The OVA's already been aired as of today. I am not sure of its exact and true airing date, but I just came across it here on Tudou, a Chinese video-sharing community. Nov 18th is the date for its official DVD release, not the airing date. The OVA is also approximately 28:30 minutes in length, not 45 minutes. |
